LESSON PLAN – Baltimore Sun, Sunday, September 8, 1914 This lesson plan focuses on a Baltimore Sun article celebrating the centennial of the Battle of North Point. The article not only gives the perspective of what life must have been like 100 years previous, but what it might be like in another 100 years – 2014. Students have an opportunity to adopt different perspectives as they learn the details of this important historical event.
